Awesome Free Copic Marker Tutorials...

After purchasing my copic markers, I decided I really wanted to get the most out of them, so some lessons were in order.  There's a plethora of free help all over the internet on using and caring for your Copic markers, but I wanted a more structured type course.  That's when I found Debbie Hodge's "Get It Scrapped" site, which features Michelle Houghton, a certified copics instructor. Michelle gives her advice, a series of fabulous tutorials & some of her very own doodles, to help you learn to use your copic markers.

Michelle is a fabulous teacher and I've been learning a lot.  My goal is to create something with each of my finished pieces from each of her tutorials, until I've created and finished them all!  Then I look forward to taking some of Michelle's other classes offered at her site Creative Passions.  As always, life gets in the way of my fun, so it's been slow going, but here are some of my finished projects thus far (in random order), I will add more as I finish them :):):)

My take on tutorial 8 | dragon printable + shading how-to (This turned out to be a cute Mothers Day card)
My take on... Tutorial 2 | how to blend with copic markers
My take on... Tutorial 4 | flower printable + shading how-to
My take on... Tutorial 9 | monkey printable + shading how-to
Here's 1 of my soon to be 8 V-Day Cards.... Tutorial 13 | 8 Valentine’s Day cards (FYI... I ended up using this as a sympathy card... It seemed very fitting)

Here's a link to Michelle's copic tutorials at Get It Scrapped. TY Michelle :):):)
Don't forget to checkout... Debbie Hodge's "Get It Scrapped"  &  Michelle Houghton's "Scrapweaver" these two ladies ROCK!!!!
